Decora?
Decora means ‘decorated’ in Japanese.Its all about layers,accessorizing, and mix of colors.
This is good if you don't have money since most decoras make their own stuff or shop at thrift stores.
Unfortunately its not
as popular anymore because Japanese cities sell mostly dark grey-ish clothing and Gothic Lolita
style but there are new brand stores that are getting inspiration from decora fashion, even the designer from Target says
the inspiration is from the magazine FRUITS that has many pictures of Decora girls and a couple of men here and there.

There are no real rules to dress up in decora but its important to have a theme.
It also makes it
interesting to decorate all of you things.
