How To Defy God
An Ullzang is a young Korean man or woman who is knows how to be photogenic and an extreme camera whore with unbelievably huge eyes.
The following pictures I took from how to be an ullzang tutorial. You probably wouldn’t believe it that these two are the same person.

It’s amazing what make-up, photoshop and possibly a completely different person can make you look like you defied God.
The girl who posted the tutorial claimed that she didn’t Photoshop any of her pictures. I guess you can argue that lighting and angle changes the shape of your face and nose.

Before putting the eyelid tape and the contact lenses that make your eyes look big and then after. You can buy those Korean contact lenses over at secret eyes but I don’t recommended it because I’m sure there might be some sort of health risk especially buying something off the internet.

I skiped some steps after the middle picture but it includes applying more make up and fake eyelashes. You can see more of the transformation over at soompi.
I’m one of those people who looks drastically different with make-up. I might do this someday to make a slutty alter ego. Look out for How To Defy God part 2

I agree with the comment above. Wow, the two photos look nothing alike…ah the magic of makeup (and tape
)

In the first pic, she almost looks like a man! That’s an amazing transformation…I think I’ll have to agree with you that it’s a different person, or that there’s been some photoshop editing.

I AM SO DOING THAT!
Actually, depending on what you get from internet sources it can be a lot cheaper. It costs about $1500 for tickets to Korea alone so that automatically makes getting Korean stuff online cheaper, haha.

yeah, koreans are similar to japanese people. i went to japan recently and technically ALL the females wore the full make up (base, foundation, eyeshadow, masscara, fake eyelashes, blush, concealer, eyeliner, lipstick, lipgloss [did i miss anything? oh right, manicures])
it was a bit scary really. every time i turned my head i thought all these chicks were cloned or something because they all looked so similar!
if you want to get colour contacts, you should go to an optomitrist so they can fit it for you properly. it may cost a bit more but eyes are worth alot!!

Oh wow, that is weird:S She looks so much different! It’s sick how much make-up can change someone’s appearance.

lol, I think I saw this before! In the before picture she looks like a man - she needed to wax her mustache or something!
I didn’t realize the eyes were bigger due to contacts though - that is so weird, yet interesting.

Wow that is kind of creepy. I prefer the whole natural look; I would never use makeup or anything to totally change my appearance like that!
Although those contacts are pretty awesome. Too bad I would never stick something in my eye, ’cause I think those would be fun for Halloween or something.

OMG! why do they love to pose like that. it creeps me out! it’s as if they’re trying to seduce someone. creeeeeeepyyyy!
more than that, i noticed that the black part of the eye is not proportioned to the white. and it’s as if they’re defying their face muscles.

Double eyelid glue? Whatever that is, it doesn’t sound pleasant.
I also look drastically different without makeup on, but the only people who see that side of me are my fiancee and my family lol.
As for the whole nose being a different shape thing, if you look at the two pictures, her head is angled differently, therefore causing different looking nose-shapes. I don’t think photoshop was used at all, unless to alter the contrast in the final picture.

Wow, that’s amazing. I’ve always thought it was incredible what you can do with Photoshop - but this girl made herself a totally different person without the aid of a computer. To be honest, it’s a little scary how easily we can change our appearance. I mean, she looks like an anime character. Her eyes are gorgeous but it’s obvious that this isn’t natural.
Like someone else commented, it’s creepy and interesting at the same time.

WOW! Just like everyone else, I find this slightly bizarre. Almost hard to believe it’s the same person. It’s kind of cool though seeing as they don’t use photoshop to go through these drastic changes.

I’ve seen this before but seriously, how can that not be Photoshopped?! She makes the picture lighter so her features are not as clear. Urgh, it’s really disturbing.

Well those pictures are slightly terrifying and a tad bit weird but whatever I suppose. Different lighting/settings and programs can do A LOT to a picture. I have some pictures of me that you could never really tell it’s the same person because the atmosphere and lighting was so different.

wow. its amazing what makeup can do.
it looks a bit unrealistic though. i mean, who could possibly change their entire apperance over some fake lashes and makeup spread across your face. it seems a bit to unreal.
but it makes you want to try it =)
i mean, i dont want to over excced and make myslef look totally different. but it looks fun =)
and the tutorial looks so simple. there seriously has got to be more to that!

I wonder, can this also be applied to males? Super cute male, anyone?

That’s very…interesting and you can definitely see the big difference between the pictures. But I personally prefer the “natural” look, without so much make-up. Because I think if you wear make-up it should improve how you look and not make you look like a completely different person.

Ha! I’ve seen a ton of girls on Myspace that look like the after image. I am terrible at putting on makeup. I wish I could defy genetics! Wait, no I don’t. I prefer to look more human, I suppose. Those contacts sure do give ‘em that doe-eyed look.
For some reason I like looking at pictures that have been photoshoped like there’s no tomorrow. It amazes me just how much work goes into making models look the way they do. Good looking before, sure…but plastic the next. I guess the same thing can be said with the right makeup.

Honestly? I got a little freaked out with the changes. But yeah, I know. Photoshop can really change the way you look, and different angles and shots can give your face a new look, and all that. *grin*

Hahaha I’ve seen this before. Those circle lenses really make a difference!!! But seriously, she doesn’t even look like the same person!! Imagine her getting a boyfriend with the ulzzang look. Then bringing him home to show him the normal look. He’ll go insane! LOL

Korean contact lense = circle lens. An online friend bought a pair and so far, she hasn’t said anything bad about them. I think she looks cute with it, but it’s not for me.
Now as for the kid in this post! ZOH.MAI.GAH. Wtf? Who the hell is she fooling, lol. People and their sense of aesthetics.
